It's good to use the availability on a few labels/distributors catalogues as a starting point. But it is important to check it with additional research.

Being in the business, I know that there is a lot of cheap content that copyright owners get "PD" brokers/content providers to distribute. This stuff gets parallel licensed to anyone who pays the fee. There are so many minor studios' copyright catalogues that use this method for video distribution.

The other issue is the prevalence of "orphaned" works on catalogues like Mill Creek, Brentwood, St Clair Vision, Digiview, etc. Most of these companies are just taking the risk.

Probably at least half of the content that has come into Feature Films in the past month or so fits into either of the two above catagories.

I will let you know If I see anything. Your stuff is always good.

Looks like most of the offending material from the last week or so has disappeared. Great Dictator is still here, though. Its definitely under copyright. Strange.

Thank you ... i highly appreciate that

It is really strange how such an title like the great dictator can get in here

BTW I`ve seen the 10 hours+ of private film material that survived the bombing by the US Air Force in 1945 of Hitlers private mountain retreat in Berchtesgaden, mainly filmed by his mistress Eva Braun.
Although nobody knows for sure if Hitler did see the movie (the title was listed on an recipe for movies for Hitlers private cinema) it looks like that he´s reenacting one scene with his private secretary Martin Bormann in 1942, the scene where Hynkel (The great Dictator) can not decide which one to do first, shaking hands or showing the german greeting
